This advanced automatic open mouth bag packing machine requires no labour and performs the complete process of presenting a premade pouch off a stack in a magazine and opening, date coding, filling and sealing. The machine is controlled by a PLC and mechanical components and is very simple and reliable to operate. We can supply various models for different package and product types to suite your needs.
The machine comprises of a rotating disc with six grippers:
Bag feeding and presenting
Opening and date coding
Filling
Transition (vibrating, dusting, compressing)
Heat seal, air exhaust
Final package out feed
